I'm Sarah, a Reiki Master Teacher, attuned to various Reiki practises including the traditional Usui lineage, Tibetan, Western and more. I also studied polarity balancing. These are forms of modalities alternative therapy that shift energy in our system.  Humans are somewhat like computers who get overloaded: viruses stay stuck, damage leads to things not working, too many files run the computer down. Sometimes we need to organise all of this information in the system for it to not shut down and work fluidly. We hold on to pains, memories and emotions in different compartments of our mind and body, so the idea is to reprogram and align the systems. The courses I have done are accredited by the Complementary Medical Association.

I'm also a therapeutic sound artist who uses tone, frequency and vibrations as everything in the world resonates through sound. My practise also involves songwriting, designing immersive soundscapes and anything that involves being a hyper creative businesswoman. 

Before dedicating myself to helping others activate their healing, I spent 20 years working between Paris, Edinburgh and London for High-Net-Worth Individuals and Global CEOs in the Fashion and Cosmetics Worlds. 

I am naturally intuitive and  have designed my private sessions so that they feel somewhat like speechless therapy. Most of my clients step into a transformative perspective on life. Some shed anger, grief, fear of the unknown and when that happens, I'm here to do what I know best: hold space.

Group sessions and corporate gatherings are immersive soundscapes infused with Reiki The aim is to rewire your thinking and upgrade your vibration through  transformational sounds, affirmations, storytelling, a panoply of ancient instruments, singing and more. 

Having also been an Events Manager and Wedding planner, I transferred these skills to organise cool holistic wedding blessings, baby showers, birthday celebrations...

I have performed for large audiences at festivals such as Wellnergy, Morning Gloryville and this year I'll be at Noisily and working on international retreats,

I am  not currently offering attunements but I  am working on a course that will involve much more than energy healing ...
