I’ve had various sessions with Sarah. 1-2-1 sessions, group sound activation and mini sessions. All I can say is Sarah is one of a kind, she is the sweetest and most generous soul, she wants the best for you. She uses various modalities of healing in her sessions which puts you at a state of relaxation. Her sessions has allowed me to heal traumas and look deeper within myself to heal.
